Payment Options 

Currently we accept two forms of payment. For international & National sales you can pay with PayPal, we also offer online banking payments for national sales. 
 

Shipping

NZ wide: $8 (overnight courier)
NZ PO Box: $8 (Sent through NZ Post) 
RD address: $10 
Australia wide: $20
Rest of the world: $40
 
For National delivery we use FastWay Courier 
◦  We can courier to any address but not to a P.O. Box. 
◦  Signature is required upon delivery.
◦  Orders are processed from our store.

Returns Policy

We will refund you if you are not happy with your purchase, however shipping costs will not be refunded.
Returns must be sent back via track and trace, for national orders this must be within 7 days, and 10 days for international.
Frutti is not liable for the loss of items being returned if they are not sent back with traceable deliver. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
 

How to return an item?

If you would like to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, please follow the returns procedure below: 
Email us at sandyfrutti@gmail.com with your receipt number stating whether you would like an exchange or a refund. If you are wanting to exchange an item for an alternative size or style please state this in your email.

Please clearly write on the outside of your package the invoice number along with your name and address. 

We will respond to your return via email to the address provided, as soon as we receive your order.

 

Faulty Items

If you discover that your item has a fault please contact us at sandyfrutti@gmail.com , within 3 days of receiving the item, with your invoice number.

We will happily repair or replace all goods that we classify as faulty. If we are unable to repair or replace your item, we will refund you + shipping costs.
Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you have an item that is faulty and you have worn it, please send it back to us clean. We will not accept any soiled returns.
 

International Taxes

You are liable for any international import duties, customs & local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. 
These taxes and duties may need to be paid in order to release your goods from customs, on arrival into your country.  If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and we will not be held responsible for any of your financial loss as a result of this occurrence.
